These terms govern your use of this website and the services provided by A Decked Out Pet, Inc., a Rhode Island corporation with its principal office at 1342 Douglas Ave, Store B, North Providence, RI 02904. By using this site or our services, you agree to these terms.

Our Services

We provide one-on-one dog and cat grooming, including full grooms and haircuts, bathing, deshedding, nail trimming and filing, ear cleaning, teeth brushing, spa treatments, massage, and maintenance grooms. Services are by appointment only and are subject to availability and to our assessment of whether we can safely and comfortably groom your pet.

Bookings and Cancellations

Because we groom one pet at a time, each appointment holds a block of the day. Bookings are confirmed once we have accepted them. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as early as you can so we can offer the slot to another client.

Health, Vaccination, and Owner Responsibilities

You confirm that your pet is in good health, is up to date on required vaccinations, and has no history of biting or aggression toward people or other animals that you have not disclosed to us. You agree to give us accurate handling instructions and current contact details. You are responsible for any injury or damage caused by your pet.

Grooming Outcomes and Matting

Coat condition determines what is possible in a single visit. Where a coat is badly matted, the humane option is to clip it short rather than to brush it out, and we will discuss that with you before we proceed. Grooming can occasionally reveal skin conditions that were hidden under the coat.

Care and Emergencies

We care for every pet with reasonable skill and attention. If your pet needs urgent veterinary attention and we cannot reach you, you authorize us to seek that care, and you are responsible for the cost.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of service unless we have agreed otherwise. Additional services or extended appointment time are charged at our current rates.
